	Geoff Vaughan, Founder and Managing Director Email Geoff has 30 years experience as an importer of niche electrical and electronic technologies. Since establishing the company in 1994, he has built a company offering leading edge products and exceptional service to the power industry. He's handpicked a team with expertise, dedicated to supporting the customer. Geoff's current role is sales manager.
	Mike Strong, General Manager and Director Email Mike joined the team in 2003, bringing practical experience of contracting and project management within the power industry. Mike's role as HV Power's General Manager is to lead the team and to co-ordinate and manage the company and its resources.
	Gideon Strydom, Engineering Manager Email Gideon has significant experience working in the power industry in New Zealand, and previously in South Africa at Eskom. His role is to provide high level technical and application knowledge to the HV Power team and directly to our customers.
	Warwick Beech, Business Development Manager Email Originally employed by NZED, for the last decade Warwick has been working internationally as a Product Manager in the power quality industry. Now he's returned to Wellington, New Zealand and set up a local office for HV Power. His role involves key account management and developing opportunities for new technologies and solutions.
	Vladimir Brijacek, Services Manager Email Vladimir is well-known in the industry as an experienced electrical engineer. He's gained 30 years of practical knowledge working originally for power utilities in Croatia, and more recently, with local NZ contractors. At HV Power, he's responsible for the services we provide to customers. These include training, project management and commissioning support.
	Robert Knight, Sales Engineer Email Rob recently emigrated to NZ having completed a successful career in the Royal Navy. He has extensive experience in marine electrical applications and brings additional skills to the HV Power team.
	Tilly Kleine Deters, Administration Email Tilly handles the accounts and order processing for the team. She's been the first point of contact for customers phoning HV Power since 2001.
